Vegitable Masala Paratha

2 cup wheat flour
1 cup rice flour
2 potato
3 carrot
4 cabbage leaves
2 capsicum
2 onion
6 green chillies
1 tsp. ginger grated
1/2 cup vegitable oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste 

Wash and chop all the vegetables 
Mix all the flours, 2 tbsp. oil, salt and enough water to make soft dough. 
Make small round balss and make regular Parathas. 
Roast them on griddle until golden yellow. Spread butter evenly on the top of the paratha before removing from pan. 
Serve hot, and with curd/ yougurt and pickles.
