Atukula Pulihora

Atukulu 1 cup
chinta pandu one small neemboo size roll
Green Chillies 5
pasupu 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Seasoning :-
Oil 1 tbsp
Red Chilis (broken) 2
Urad Dal 2 tsp
Chana Dal 2 tsp
Muster Seeds 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tbsp

1) Take one cup of atukulu in a bowl. Then take the juice of chintapandu and pour that in atukulu. Keep the mixture aside for 5 mins. Cut the green chillies in round shape and keep it aside.
2) Heat the oil in a pan. Then add the seasoning to the heated oil and after the mustard seeds spulter, add the cutted green chillies to the seasoning.
3) Then add the atukulu,chintapandu-juice mixture (as said in point-1) to that heated seasoning and add the pasupu also. Keep that on the stove for 7-8 mins and stir the content for every 2mins.
4) After 7 mins add the salt and keep that on the stove for 5 more mins and off the stove.
5) Serve this to 2 people and if you want to serve for more than 2 people, then increase the atukulu measure to 2 or 3 cups.
