Mirch Vada


Ingrediants 
15 Large green chillies
1/2 kg potatoes(boiled)
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1tsp garam masala powder
1tsp chaat masala
Salt to Taste
Chopped coriander leaves
For the Batter :-
1 cup Gram flour (besan)
1/4 tsp cooking soda
1tsp red chillipowder
salt to taste
oil for deep frying. 

Process 
Slit green chillies and remove seeds.Put them in boiling water for 2 mins and remove them set aside. 

Peel and grate boiled potatoes and add red chilli powder,garam masala powder,chaat masala,green coriander and salt. 

Mash it and mix well. 

Divide this into fifteen equal portions. 

Stuff a little of this mixture into the green chillies and also cover the chillies with this potato mixture. 

Now prepare a thick batter using besan,cooking Soda,red chilli powder,salt and about one cup of water. Let the batter stand for ten minutes. 

Heat oil in a frying pan to a moderate temperature. Dip stuffed green chillies into the besan batter and deep fry until light brown and crispy.Rremove and drain on the kitchen towel. Serve hot with sauce.
