Ingredients:
Raw Mango 1
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Salt / Black Salt a pinch
Sugar / Demerara Sugar to taste

Method of preparation:
Thoroughly wash the green mango.
Bring to boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pot.
Add the whole mango or chop up the mango into 3 – 4 parts and add to the boiling water.
Boil for around 10 minutes or until skin becomes dark and mango feels soft.
Remove the softened mango from water and cool it.
Gently squeeze out all the mango pulp into a bowl discarding the skin and seed.
Whisk together extracted green mango pulp, 3 – 4 cups of cold water, cumin powder, salt and sugar.
Alternatively, blend all the ingredients together.
Garnish with a pinch of cumin powder and serve over ice cubes.
