Vegetable Roti


Ingredients
  • 1 cup Maida or rice flour
  • 1 Carrot Chopped or grated
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped Spinach
  • 1 cup chopped Cabbage
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch Turmeric
Procedure
  1. Put all the vegetables in a bowl .
  2. Mix these vegetables with the rice flour or maida flour.
  3. Add turmeric and salt.by adding.(because vegetables will have water).
  4. few drops of water, prepare soft dough.
  5. Make lemon size round balls with the dough and pat chapathis with your palms.
  6. Heat pan and place the chapathi on the tawa and fry both sides till done.
  7. put little ghee or oil.
  8. Remove from the pan. Serve with Dal,curry any chutney.
