Sponge Cake





Ingredients


Maida 115gms
Sugar 115gms
Butter 60gms
Eggs 2
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Vanilla essence 1sp
Milk 2sp

Sponge Cake Recipe Making Procedure

Seive maida & baking powder.Beat powdered sugar &butter. Beat the egg & add essence to it.

Now add all the ingredients one after the other and beat, if necessary add milk to it.

Bake at 190 degrees for about 20mts.

The more you beat the more soft the cake is.
