Plum Cake

1.Maida - 100gms
2.sugar - 100gms
3.butter - 100gms
kissmiss - 20gms
sugar - 50gms
cherries - 20gms
cashew - 40gms
black grapes dried - 30gms
badam - 10gms
sonthipodi - 5gms
dalchini powder - 5gms
eggs - 3
vanilla essence - few drops

Plum Cake Recipe Making Procedure

Wash all the dry fruits & cut them into small pieces. seive maida, baking powder,sonthi powder,dalchini powder.

Take butter & powdered sugar(100gms) & beat well.Beat egg in another bowlNow take a pan & fry the sugar(50gms) till brown & add 1/2 cup water to make it liquid to make caramel.

Mix the sugar syrup,beaten egg with maida till fluffy,then add all the dry fruits and bake 350 degrees.

Children will love eating plum cake.
