Yogurt Herb Biscuits


INGREDIENTS

Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits)

teaspoons olive or canola oil

cloves garlic, finely chopped
2
tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
5
tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1Heat oven to 350°F. On cookie sheet, place biscuits 3 inches apart. Press or roll each into 4-inch round.
  • 2Brush tops of biscuits with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, basil and cheese.
  • 3Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
