Bittergaurd chips


Ingredients



Pavakai -- 3 nos( scoop out the seeds and slice theminto thin pieces)
Turmeric  --   A pinch
Besan flour -- 2tsp 
Rice flour -- 2 tsp
Chili  powder  --  1/2tsp
Salt -- 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida.

Method 
  • Mix all the ingredients together with little water just enough to coat the batter
  • Fry them in hot oil and serve hot
