  • Milk 5cups
  • Milkmaid 1tin
  • Cornflour 2tsp
  • Chopped almonds 2tsp
  • Ground cardamom ½ tsp
  • Saffron essence ½ sp
  1. Mix milkmaid & milk and bring to a boiling, keep stirring .
  2. Make a paste of cornflour with 2tsp of water & add to the boling mixture till thick.
  3. Remove from the fire and add flavouring cardamom powder and chopped nuts and cool.
  4. Fill in the kulfi moulds and freeze overnight.
  5. While taking out kulfis from the moulds,dip the moulds in the water so that they come out easily without breaking.
