Butter scotch Ice-cream


Ingredients
  • Milk - 1litre
  • Fresh cream - 3tablespoons
  • Milk maid - 3table spoons
  • Butter scotch ice cream powder - 3 tablespoons
  • sugar - 1cup
  • Dry fruits - 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar - 2 spoons
Procedure
  1. Take one litre of milk and boil till it reduces to half its quantity.
  2. Now add sugar and ice cream powder mixed with little milk and pour it in the boiling milk.
  3. Stir for 5 more minutes and add milkmaid to it.
  4. Let it cool and add fresh cream and dry fruits.
  5. Before putting it in the freezer sprinkle brown sugar and pour in a airtight bowl so that it sets properly.
  6. Tupper ware bowl is ideal for icecreams.
  7. After freezing for about 2-3 hours take it and serve it.
