Venna Vundalu


1. Rice flour : 250 gms
2. Butter : 200 gms
3. Jaggary (brown sugar) : 250 gms
4. Ghee : 250 ml

Venna Vundalu Recipe Making Procedure

1. Mix butter and rice flour thoroughly. Add little ghee to render the paste smooth.
2. Prepare small rounded balls. 3. Take a vessel, add jaggary and little water and boil until it forms a thick jelly.
4. Deep fry the balls in ghee on low flame until the balls turn deep brown.
5. Add the balls to the jaggary jelly. Delicious Butter Balls are ready.
