1 tin Condensed Milk
2 lts Milk
5 Cardamoms(Elaichi/Yalakulu)
1/2 Lime
2 tbsp yoghurt/Curds(optional)

Kalakand Recipe Making Procedure

In a heavy/thick bottomed skillet(Pressure cooker should be fine) pour the milk.On a medium flame boil the milk.
Stir it and add the lime juice/yoghurt to it.This makes the milk to curdle.Keep stirring on a low flame till it looses most if the water.
Now add the condensed milk.keep stirring frequently till the mixture thickens.Powder the cardamoms and add to it.
Turn of the flame and transfer the content on a greased plate.Allow it to cool.
