CHICKEN ROAST



Chicken roast ingredients:

1.  Whole chicken – 1 (cut into small pieces)
2.  Onions – 2 finely chopped
3.  Tomato – 1 finely chopped
4.  Red chilly powder – 3 tsp
5.  Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
6.  Coriander powder – 2 tsp
7.  Ginger garlic paste – 4 tsp
8.  Salt – to taste
9.  Mustered seeds - 1 tsp
10. Curry leaves - few
11. Coriander leaves - few
12. Oil – 4 tbsp

Chicken roast preparation:

Clean and wash the chicken pieces. 

Drain all the water completely.

Keep it aside.

Take a pan and heat with 4 tbsp of oil.

Add mustered seeds. 

When they start to crackle add chopped onions.

Fry until they turn into light brown colour.

Then add tomatoes and salt.

Sauté till the tomatoes become juicy.

Then add ginger garlic paste. 

Sauté till the raw smell disappears.

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

Sauté for a min.

Now add the chicken pieces and little amount of water. 

Combine well. 

Now cover with a lid and cook on low flame till the chicken is completely cooked.

In between stir well. 

Finally garnish with coriander leaves. 

Chicken roast is ready. 

Serve hot with Mutton biriyaniPrawn biriyani, sambar rice etc…
