Aloo Paratha

  • 2 Cups of Wheat Flour
  • 2 Big Aloos
  • 3 Green chillis
  • Salt for taste
  • 100 gr Ghee
  1. Seave the flour and mix salt make dough by adding warm water.
  2. Boil aloo in microwave for 5 mins (tillsoftens) remove the skin mash it add a little salt, finely chopped green chillis, make small round balls,keep them aside.
  3. Take lemon size dough and make chapathi,take mashed aloo ball,place it on the chapathi,close all the sides of chapathi,roll it again(make sure that aloo dough is not coming out)
  4. Heat the tava and place the chapathi roast both the sides till golden brown apply ghee both sides.
  5. Repeat the process to all chapathis.
  6. Serve hot with pickle and fresh curds.
