Finger chips ingredients:1. Potatoes - ½ kg
2. Salt - to taste
3. Oil - for frying
Finger chips preparation:Peel the skin and cut them into even sized finger like pieces.
Put them into salt water.
Then wash twice.
Spread over a towel to remove excess of water.
Then deep fry in oil till they turn into golden brown colour.
Then remove form oil. Drain the excess of oil and sprinkle with salt.
Now french fries are ready.
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or sauce.
