Chaaj (Majjiga)

  • 250gms Curd (Cold)
  • pinch of Black salt
  • 2 green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  1. Beat the curd till it becomes smooth.(like butter milk) add upto 1 cup of water as required to do so.
  2. Add the salt and black salt.
  3. Chop green chillies into small pices and garnish chaaj with green chillies.
  4. Serve chilled.
