Ingredients
- 1 cup Maida or rice flour
- 1 Carrot Chopped or grated
- 1/2 Tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped Spinach
- 1 cup chopped Cabbage
- Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- A pinch Turmeric
- Put all the vegetables in a bowl .
- Mix these vegetables with the rice flour or maida flour.
- Add turmeric and salt.by adding.(because vegetables will have water).
- few drops of water, prepare soft dough.
- Make lemon size round balls with the dough and pat chapathis with your palms.
- Heat pan and place the chapathi on the tawa and fry both sides till done.
- put little ghee or oil.
- Remove from the pan. Serve with Dal,curry any chutney.
