Ingredients
- 2 cups of wheat flour(make 3-4 Chappatis)
- 1 Onion 1
- 2-3Tomatoes 2-3
- 4 Green Chillies 3-4
- 1 tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Fresh Coriander leaves
- 1/2 Turmeric pwd 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp Red chilly pwd 1/2 tsp
- 1 tsp Coriander pwd 1 tsp
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Cummin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Make Chapthis with the flour and allow them to cool and break the chappatis into small pieces.
- Take a tsp of oil & add the mustard and cummin seeds into it once it splutters add the chopped onions and green chillies.
- Add the garlic paste and fry the mixture till the onion is pink in colour until raw smell goes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till it is smashed.
- Then add the masalas and fry for 2 minutes.
- Then add 2 cups of water and add salt and bring it to boil.
- Then add the chappati pieces and mix properly in the gravy. Cook in medium heat and keep stirring (make sure not to stick on the bottom)
- Once the water is soaked and dry keep for 2 more minutes. Sprinkle the chopped coriander leaves on top and serve immediately
