Ingredients:
Preserved Ginger Pickle 1 tbsp
Small Onion 1/2
Green Chilli 1
Spring Onion 1
Plain Yogurt 3 tbsps

Method of preparation:
Peel and finely chop onion.
Wash, remove ends and finely chop spring onion.
