Ingredients
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup Rice flour
- 1/4 cup cabbage grated
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 capsicum
- 1 potato
- 4 green chillies
- 1/2 tsp. ginger grated
- 5 tbsp. oil
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- salt to taste
- Wash and chop or grate all the vegetables finely and Put it in a bowl.
- Then add the flours,and add 2 tbsp oil, salt and knead to a very stiff dough.
- Divide into parts. Roll into round Parathas.
- fry on a hot tawa on both sides on a medium flame,till golden brown.
- By using the Little oil.
- Serve hot or cold with chutney.
- It is handy for lunch box.
