IN BELLAM ADD WATER AND AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES AND ADD SAGGUBIYYAM BATTER,GHEE AND COOK FOR HALF AN HOUR.
GREASE ONE PLATE WITH GHEE AND POUR HALWA IN PLATE AND PUT KAJU PIECES ON ABOVE
