Carrot Cookies

Ingredients

Carrot 1½ cup boiled and grind
Maida 1¾ cup
Sugar 1½ cup
Butter 1½ cup
Eggs 1
Baking powder 1¾ tsp
Sonthi powder 1½ tsp
Salt pinch

Carrot Cookies Recipe Making Procedure

Mix all the ingredients well and take an oven tray apply ghee all over the tray.
Take a spoon of this paste and put it on all over the tray and pre heat the oven.
bake the cookies till light golden brown.
