Onion Carrot Raitha



Onion Carrot Raitha ingredients:

1. Carrot – 1 (grated)
2. Onion -1 (finely chopped)
3. Yogurt -1 cup
4. Mint leaves – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
5. Green chilli – 1 
6. Salt – to taste
7. Coriander leaves – for garnishing

Carrot Raita Preparation:

Peel and grate the carrot and keep aside.

Beat the yogurt with salt into smooth consistency.

Now mix grated carrot, onion, chilli, mint leaves with beaten curd.

Mix well. 

Finally garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve chilled with BiriyaniPulavRoti, etc...
