Ingredients
- Milk 5cups
- Milkmaid 1tin
- Cornflour 2tsp
- Chopped almonds 2tsp
- Ground cardamom ½ tsp
- Saffron essence ½ sp
- Mix milkmaid & milk and bring to a boiling, keep stirring .
- Make a paste of cornflour with 2tsp of water & add to the boling mixture till thick.
- Remove from the fire and add flavouring cardamom powder and chopped nuts and cool.
- Fill in the kulfi moulds and freeze overnight.
- While taking out kulfis from the moulds,dip the moulds in the water so that they come out easily without breaking.
