Ingredients for preparing Apple Halva| Halwa


Apple 2
Palkhova ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Ghee ¼ cup
Cardamon powder 1 tsp
Cashews 1 tsp
Badam grated 1 tsp

How to prepare Apple Halva|Halwa

1. Peel the skin and grate the apples
2. Heat ghee in a kadhai add the cashews and badam and saute and drain it out
3. Add the grated apple and saute on a low flame for about ten mins and add sugar and khova and mix well
4. When it starts thickening add fried cashews and badams and cardamon powder and mix well and serve
