Ingrediants
1 Cup atukulu
1.5 cup rice
4 Cups curd
Green Chilis
Salt
Process
1.Wash the rice
Mix rice with atukulu(poha)curd, and soak it for 6 hours. 3
Then add green chilis and grind it to a fine paste. Now add salt and leave the batter for 7-8 hours.
Now add a little oil in a pan,once itgets heated,take a 2 large spoons of butter and keep it oil and cover with a lid.
Turn the other side after 5 minsfry it till done.
repeat the process for the rest of the batter.
Serve with Coconut Chutney.
